Available position Field Service “m/f/d”

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team, specializing in turbomachinery within our Service Business.

Position: Field Service-Tech Turbomachines

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, perform repairs, rebuilds, and overhauls on turbomachinery products in the field.

• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure prompt, efficient attention to customer needs.
• Follow documented procedures and policies for repairs and scheduled maintenance, including preparing necessary parts and tools.
• Assist in completing required documentation, such as work reports, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms—either handwritten or through business system input screens.
• Participate in ongoing training to meet skill and business requirements.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, reporting any incidents or issues to your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Completed professional training as a mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or electrical engineer (or equivalent).
• Extensive technician experience with rotating equipment, ideally qualified to work on a wide range of our products.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with minimal supervision required; ability to mentor and train less experienced technicians.
• Valid driver's license.
• High willingness to travel.
